Move AID Assist is a Fit for Good program that supports the wider community, ensuring sports, fitness, health & wellness are equitable and accessible by all layers of society. Payments will support the sustainability of the Move AID program, which is run by volunteers. Funds will go towards training Move8 Warriors who are everyday people who wish to contribute their time to help someone in need. Funds will go towards training the volunteers by certified sports, fitness and physiotherapy professionals, purchasing of sporting gear and/or fitness equipment. We start with a minimum contribution for 40-minutes of movement activity / therapy.
